Yes. The Free plan is free forever and includes 1 online store, 1 courier, 1 pickup location, and 30 shipment credits per month — no credit card or trial expiry involved.

Indian pricing starts free, with the Basic plan at ₹2,000/month (or ₹22,800/year, saving 5%), and the Premium plan at ₹10,000/month (or ₹110,400/year, saving 8%). A custom Enterprise plan is available for high-volume brands.

Yes. Paying annually saves 5% on the Basic plan and 8% on the Premium plan compared to monthly billing.

Each plan includes a set number of shipment credits per month — one credit is used per order shipped through Parcelmind. Additional credits or a higher tier can be added as your volume grows.

International customers can view and subscribe to USD pricing directly through the Parcelmind app on the Shopify App Store, where billing is handled by Shopify in your local currency.
