Everything you need to know about Parcelmind plans, credits, and billing

Yes. The Free plan is free forever and includes DIY setup and 30 shipment (label) credits per month. No credit card is required to start.

Indian pricing starts free. Paid plans are Starter at ₹3,000/month, Growth at ₹5,000/month, and Business at ₹10,000/month. Annual billing is available on all paid plans at a discount.

Annual billing saves 5% on Starter (₹34,200/year instead of ₹36,000), 8% on Growth (₹55,200/year instead of ₹60,000), and 10% on Business (₹1,08,000/year instead of ₹1,20,000).

One shipment credit is used each time you generate a shipping label through Parcelmind. The Free plan includes 30 credits monthly, Starter 1,000, Growth 1,800, and Business 4,000. Credits reset each month.

Pick based on how many Shopify accounts, courier integrations, and pickup locations you need, and your monthly label volume. Starter suits a single store with one courier; Growth fits brands running two couriers or two stores and includes Scan to Ship; Business is for multi-store operations that need Scan to Ship and a dedicated key account manager.

Yes. Starter and Growth include a 7-day free trial, and Business includes a 10-day free trial, so you can test the platform with your real orders before being billed.

KAM stands for key account manager — a named point of contact included with the Business plan who helps with onboarding, configuration, and ongoing support rather than routing you through general support queues.

Scan to Ship is included on the Growth and Business plans. It is not available on Free or Starter.

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account dashboard as your shipping volume or store count changes.

No — Parcelmind pricing covers the software platform only. You use your own negotiated courier contracts and rates; Parcelmind orchestrates booking, labeling, tracking, and automation on top of them.

International customers can view and subscribe to USD pricing directly through the Parcelmind app on the Shopify App Store, where billing is handled by Shopify in your local currency.

You can upgrade to a higher plan for a larger monthly credit allowance. Contact our team if you need additional credits on your current plan.
